Can I clean just one room?

Our minimum is $99.00 which includes 2 rooms. We suggest adding any neighboring rooms or hallways/stairs to your order as there is a significant difference between clean carpet and uncleaned. As you can see in the image the clean carpet looks much different, so if you only clean 1 room and not the neighboring area a line will be apparent.

Do you treat pet stains, and odors (pet, smoking, other)

Pet stains need to be addresses immediately and professionally treated in less than 48 hours. Even then if the stain was able to penetrate into the padding, or if there is a significant amount, then removing the stain or odor can be very difficult. We suggest quickly soaking up the stain, then rinsing the area with warm water and again soaking up that warm water (blotting, not rubbing), you should repeat this process several times. This will help in soaking up the stain, and will provide you with a little time to have a professional come in to shampoo and treat the area. Smoking odors can also be removed from carpets, but if there was prolonged exposure, it is sometimes the walls, ceiling, padding, and furnishing in the room that permiate the odor. Additional Ozone or Hydroxyl treatements may be necessary to completely remove the odors.

We have water damage what can you do?

Our teams are all equipped with air movers, dehumidifiers and water extraction equipment. We will start with the immediate removal of water from your flooring. Then we will insatll air movers and dehumidifiers (when necessary) in the affected area to continue to dry. You must attend to water damage right away to prevent mold growth. Mold will begin to grow in as little as 24 hours, if the mold spores were already present from previous water damage then the growth will be accellerated, so calling in a professional right away is the best way to avoid mold remediation.

How long till I can walk on my carpets?

We suggest staying of fyour carpets for at least 6 hours. I fyou can open a door or window to help move air over the area that was just cleaned that can help to speed up the drying process. Our Smart Dry techniques speed up the drying process but all carpets will still appear damp to the touch after we clean and will remain that way until they are able to dry fully.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Check or Cash for our services. We do charge a 3.5% processing fee for all credit card transactions. Your online appointment just records your credit card info for future processing, so we do not charge you to make an appointment, but do let us know atthe time of the service if you prefer to use another form of payment besides the card you use to reserve your appointment.

Do I need to move the furniture?

Our staff will happily move furniture (when possible) and place them on foam blocks. This allows us to clean underneath and behind the items. We suggest allowing the carpet to dry competely before removing these blocks, 48-72 hours.
