I have used Bellevue L & M over several years and again, the other day. I have used them for area rugs as well as wall to wall carpeting. The staff is very responsive and does a great job. They are efficient. And reasonably priced. I only use L& M. They do a great job on pet stains.

We recently had water damage at our Federal Way home. Luis was there very quickly and was able to get our life back to as normal as possible. He went out of his way to help us. He dried carpets and floors and helped move and secure our furniture from further damage. He came back many times to make sure all was right. The Saturday he cleaned all carpets that were effected. Luis did a fantastic job with our carpets a few times. Last fall he cleaned carpets in our rental home before we listed it for sale. I was amazed! The carpet had multiple stains, which were all gone! Today Luis cleaned carpets in our house and now they look brand new (even mysterious stains from my daughter's room are gone). Rate is very reasonable as well. Recently Luis cleaned the carpets in the Bellevue office where my wife works. They did a nice job and got out some stains that she did not think would come out. So she hired them to come to our home an do a couple of rooms and our 24 step central staircase. Luis and Alex did a great job and we are as happy with home job as she is with the office. In the past we have used a large national carpet cleaning company and I think the carpets looked better this time and at a significantly lower price and no annoying up-selling. I will be calling these guys again.
